1. Introduction

3. Account Responsibilities

All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game types.

General bonus terms applicable across all maga88 promotions unless otherwise stated:

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the maga88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market as displayed at the time of wagering. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable game rules before placing bets. Ignorance of specific game rules does not constitute grounds for bet cancellation or refund.

maga88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using a technical exploit or software vulnerability, placed under clearly incorrect odds or conditions resulting from a system error, or placed in violation of these Terms. In the event a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's maga88 balance.

For sportsbook markets: maga88 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain accurate live and pre-match odds. In the event of a clear pricing error ("palpable error"), maga88 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled. Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event as displayed in the sportsbook interface.

All live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the relevant game in real time (card deals, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) as managed by certified live dealer studios. Technical issues affecting your connection to a live table do not affect the game result — the outcome as captured by the dealer's studio is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maga88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

maga88 actively monitors player activity for indicators of prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all balances held, including pending withdrawals and bonus funds, without recourse.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, forfeiture of the balance may occur.
